The Trust delivers community health services to people in their own homes, in over 100 locations including health centres and clinics, 5 Walk-in Centres, the Kent Lodge intermediate care centre and 10 GP practices.

Our services enable people to be cared for in their own community and remain as independent as possible, rather than having to go to hospital. Many of these services are delivered out-of-hours, with 24 hour, 7 day a week access.

Liverpool Community Health become an NHS Trust on 1st November 2010 and have ambitions to become a leading Public Health organisation and one of the first Community Foundation Trusts in the UK.

In return we can offer you a varied and interesting role and opportunities to develop professionally and personally.

Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test. The UK Border Agency requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit UK Border Agency website.
