Social media Internship - Eco Age

3 month placement in our editorial team.
We are on the look-out for a pro-active and ethically engaged intern to join our Website and Operations department. You will gain a vast amount of experience in both the office and online work environment. Duties will include general office administration, answering the phone and dealing with email enquiries and maintaining the office. In addition to this you will also be required to work with the web team, helping to build the social media surrounding Eco Age and given the opportunity to come up with ideas for features and act as a research assistant for the editorial team. This is an extremely busy and varied role and we need someone who is up to the challenge and keen to get involved.

- Work on social media surrounding Eco Age.
- Posting and researching on forums.
- Utilising content from Eco Age.
- The opportunity contribute and come up with ideas
- Research to assist editorial team
- Answering the retail telephone.
- Dealing with general enquiries via phone and email.
- Keeping kitchen and office supplies stocked using petty cash.
- Completing small research projects to a deadline.
- Front of house for the retail side for prospective customers and people coming in for meetings.
- Basic office administration e.g. scanning, organising the post etc.
