Candidate requirements:

·         The desire and ability to sell / Target driven.

·         A high degree of self-motivation and drive.

·         The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.

·         Excellent organisation / communication skills.

·         A confident and determined approach.

·         Strong commercial awareness.

·         Resilience with the ability to cope with rejection.

·         The ability to work in both independent and team roles.

·         Develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, emails and meetings.

·         Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential new customers.

·         Willing to work flexible hours in the office or from home.

·         Communicate with team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

·         Willing to learn and improve with new techniques and technologies.

·         Fluency in a foreign language may also be helpful.

They are looking to recruit a new Marketing Sales Executive on a commission based flexible contract.
