The Language Circle is a new dynamic organisation in Liverpool with a very strong entrepreneurial spirit. It provides a range of multilingual services to both businesses and individuals, including:
- 1-2-1 Languages / Group language classes
- Trip
- Recruitment / Translation
- International Social Events
Your tasks will be:
· to maintain the full recruitment process
· to review the new applications and selecting suitable candidates
· to create and publish job and internship advertisements
· to develop the database
· to interview potential employees and interns by phone or face to face
· to organise and go through the monthly company meeting again
· general office administration
Qualifications
You should:
· Have good English skills.
· Ideally be fluent in either Spanish, German, Italian or French but not required
· Be serious, ambitious and self-motivated.
· be flexible and able to manage several tasks at the same time.
· Willing to learn and improve with new techniques and technologies.
They are looking to recruit a new HR Assistant / Manager Executive on a commission based flexible contract.
